WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 9734 contained an inadvertent error in the property description of the tract to be rezoned; and WHEREAS, the staff of the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission recommends to the City Council of the City of Chattanooga that said error should be corrected; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 9734, encaptioned as set forth above, be and is hereby amended to delete the caption set forth therein and substitiute in lieu thereof the following language: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS TO REZONE TRACTS OF LAND LOCATED IN THE 800 AND 900 BLOCKS OF VINE STREET, THE 800 BLOCK OF FORT WOOD STREET AND THE 1000 BLOCK OF EAST 5TH STREET, FROM R-4 SPECIAL ZONE TO R-3 RESIDENTIAL ZONE.
